Selling Land

We have many prospective buyers keen to buy land, and build their own home. But because of the local attitude it is not an easy exercise. If a local land owner sells his land at a certain price, then everyone else believes their land is worth that price, despite the fact it is not as well positioned as the land already sold.

Unfortunately common sense also goes out the window when some one has 50 rai of land for sale they refuse sub divide it and insist on selling the 50 rai in one sale. We are desperately looking for good land in the Hua Hin Cha – am area, providing it is realistically priced, and is being sold in lots of 5 rai or less.
